La salida parte de la gasolinera Cepsa de Olot y recorre las calles hasta alcanzar la planta de reciclaje comarcal, donde tomamos la v\u00eda verde de la Vall De Binaya. Cuando llegamos a Llocalou, dejamos la v\u00eda verde para dirigirnos directamente a Capsec por la carretera interior de la Vall de Bianya. Hay carteles indicativos de Sant Mart\u00ed y es muy f\u00e1cil llegar. Hay un poco de repech\u00f3n. Para alargar la salida y pedalear un poco volvemos por Sant Mart\u00ed Solomal y Sant Pere Despuig. Desde all\u00ed vamos directamente a Hostalnou de Bianya para enlazar de nuevo con la v\u00eda verde.
